Decisions to buy, sell, hold or trade in securities, commodities and other investments involve risk and are best made based on the advice of qualified financial professionals.
Any trading in securities or other investments involves a risk of substantial losses. The practice of “Day Trading” involves particularly high risks and can cause you to lose substantial sums of money. Before undertaking any trading program, you should consult a qualified financial professional. Please consider carefully whether such trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition and ability to bear financial risks.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss or damage you or anyone else incurs as a result of any trading or investment activity that you or anyone else engages in based on any information or material you receive through Lone Wolf or our Services.

The market commentary and analysis provided on the website, in any articles submitted to other financial publications, and on third party social media outlets, represent the opinions of Ben Lockhart, our contributing analysts and our members, and should not be relied upon for purposes of effecting securities transactions or other investing strategies, nor should they be construed as an offer or solicitation of an offer to buy or sell any investment product or any individual security.
The publishers, company directors and/or analysts providing content via this website are not regulated by any financial authority, and are therefore not licensed to give any trade recommendations or advice. The analysis, commentary, and opinions detailed are for educational and informational purposes only, and Mr Lockhart and any contributing analyst or member may have personal positions in the instruments mentioned on the site. 7. USING THE TRADER’S LOUNGE.
The purpose of the Lone Wolf Trader's Lounge is to create an environment whereby subscribers can discuss the analysis of the publishers and post their own analysis, in order that we all develop profitable trading habits and a better understanding of the markets as a group.
Member Trader's Lounge posts should not be used for commercial or promotional purposes. All lounge messages, including private messages, are recorded and archived and may be monitored or read to ensure members are abiding by this rule.
Public and private messages that promote other businesses and/or services in any way, or attack/insult other members are not permitted. We request courtesy from our members, and reserve the right to edit or remove member content, and/or discontinue a member's posting and private messaging privileges, and/or suspend membership, at any time and for any reason. If you have any concerns about comments made in the lounge, or any feedback, please contact us.
8. TRADER'S LOUNGE RULES.
By creating and using an account on Lone Wolf you confirm you have read and agree to follow our Trader's Lounge Rules.

Free trials to our website without a credit card payment being taken are authorized once per person only. Any additional access without payment or valid credit card information is a violation of these terms.
10. ACCESS AND SECURITY.
You accept responsibility for the confidentiality and use of any user name and email address that you may register for your access to and use of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. - All billing is recurring, which means you will continue to get billed until you cancel your subscription. You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your Lone Wolf subscription. An email request or support ticket asking for your subscription to be cancelled is not considered cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the billing section of your Profile Settings page.
- If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up period, your subscription will remain active until the next due date. After the due date, if no payment received, your subscription and access to the site will be terminated.
12. RISK MANAGEMENT.
Markets can move unexpectedly and often at odds with the consensus fundamental big picture. It is recommended that you watch the provided daily videos in order that you learn basic technical analysis to accompany fundamental reasoning that may or may not affect price. We recommend that you do this prior to trading in a real money account, and we would be more than happy to answer questions and/or point you to instructional resources in order that you gain a basic knowledge of market mechanisms.
You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them in order to invest in the futures, ETFs and options markets. Do not trade with money you can’t afford to lose. When you do start to trade real money, as a guide you should never place more than 10% of your capital into one trade, and if you are trading with leverage or trading leveraged securities this figure should be reduced to no more than 5%.
Trading is not a science and no trader either dead or alive has achieved a 100% success rate. For that reason, learning to take a loss is a vital component to success, and we recommend that you always use a stop loss when executing a trade. Your aim should be to quickly cut your losing positions whilst letting your winners run.
The publishers of this site cannot and do not assess, verify or guarantee the suitability or profitability of any particular investment or security. The risk of loss when trading futures markets, stocks, and ETFs can be very high, and you should therefore carefully consider whether this form of investment is suitable for you. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. You bear responsibility for your own investment research and decisions and we recommend that you seek the advice of a qualified securities professional before making any investment.
As an express condition of using this site, you agree not to hold or their employees liable for trading losses, lost profits or other damages resulting from your use of information on this website in any form (Web-based, email-based, or article-based), and you agree to indemnify and hold and their employees harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this agreement. This paragraph is not intended to limit rights available to you or to us that may be available under securities law.
We do not edit content, remove threads and/or any associated published ideas on customer's demand. We believe that once a thread has been willingly created or a chart was published, it becomes part of the communal trading knowledge and should stay that way. This policy prevents users from keeping only their best trade ideas public, thus keeping everyone honest with themselves and gives others confidence in the public reputation.
